Be Resilient

Just know that tomorrow is another day.
Therefore, the next hour can also be a new start. 
So never lose hope.
Instead of being filled with dread
Change your attitude from "defeat" to "endure."
Practice Endurance.
Be Resilient.
You can do this by taking one hour, one moment at a time.
